Unlike many sites offering Spanish property, we do not advertise a host of properties that when you find one you like we then tell you that 'unfortunately it's sold'.  We prefer to ask our potential clients, 'What region of Spain are you interested in?' 'What type of property are you seeking?' 'What budget have you?' 'Do you want, beach, golf, mountain or all three?'.  Once we have the answer to these questions, we then set about finding the property you want.

Spain is again the place to buy. Investors and holiday home buyers can pick themselves a bargain. Prices are down in some areas by up to 25%.  This is fuelled in part by the low intereest rates and now improving exchange rate.  Hotspots include the Costa del Sol and Costa de Luz.
